Shipping Information
· All orders are shipped free of cost within Canada and USA. Hand Made Area Rugs are available and shipped within Canada only.
· All sales orders are ground shipped unless specified by the customer for which additional charges may apply. For further questions, please contact shipping@einteriordecor.com.
· No shipments are made to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses.
· Damage During Shipping: It is customer's responsibility when signing for receipt of the delivery to thoroughly check the condition of the goods. If you notice any damage to the goods, indicate this on the courier's waybill. Please sign your name and write "Goods Damaged" beside it and notify us within 24 hours (or next business day) from the time you receive the damaged goods and supply us with a copy of the waybill to process the claim with the courier.

Multiple Order Shipments:
In case you have ordered multiple products from us, please note that the orders will be shipped and delivered as follows:
a) Two or more drapes, swags & valances will be delivered together within 2 -3 weeks (10-15 business days).
b) Two or more bedding products will be delivered together within 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days).
c) Two or more blinds, shades & shutters will be delivered together within 2-4 weeks (8-17 business days).
PLEASE NOTE: IN THE CASE WHERE YOU HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, YOUR PRODUCTS MAY BE SHIPPED AT DIFFERENT TIMES.
