Interior Decor Inc. maintains a Documented Order Review System (DORS), to ensure that Customer specifications are clearly defined, understood and communicated in a manner to prevent any misunderstandings. The customer service team will ensure that any requirements that are inconsistent from those in the customer's purchase order are mutually resolved. The customer service team will verify the accuracy of the following before manufacturing any custom product:
- Customer name, phone number and e-mail address
- Ship to / Bill to addresses (including postal / zip code)
- Customer's selected product style / fabric name and color / specifications.
- All comment(s) and special instructions that have been supplied by the customer in the 'Remark' section of the 'Product Specifications page' are applied.
- All installation hardware ordered (if any) is compatible with the product style(s) ordered.
- Method of payment (SEARS CARD, VISA OR MASTERCARD).
In case you have requested a customer service representative to contact you (refer to Purchase Order page - "Would you like a customer service representative to contact you to verify your order?" [Yes, Please]), then a customer service representative will contact you to verify the order via phone within 24 hours or the next business day. Please provide the telephone number where we can reach you within the business hours, in your 'My Profile' page.
Customer service will hold all customer orders for 24 hours or next business day to confirm and make any changes to orders before manufacturing. To amend an existing order, all changes must be confirmed with customer service via e-mail or fax to avoid any delays. Changes may not be possible if the order is processed and put into production.

ORDER CANCELLATION: Our products are custom made to customer specifications only. We cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours or (next business day) from the date and time your order has been placed. INCOMPLETE INFORMATION: Customer must provide an answer on all queries without delay to ensure all specifications are correct, and timely delivery of the product. RETURN POLICY: Products ordered will be custom made to your specifications and any order is not otherwise cancelable by you. You remain liable for your obligations under an accepted order subject to your rigths under Buyer's Right to cancel. Custom made products cannot be returned for credit or remake unless it is workroom error or damaged goods. Customer must call, e-mail or fax their requests with detail describing the problem with the product.
